Artwork & Product Information

Every effort is made to accurately display artwork colors, textures, dimensions, and details. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and device displays.

All artwork is original unless otherwise noted.

Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is required in full before artwork or products are shipped or released for pickup.

Accepted payment methods may include credit card, Zelle, and other approved payment platforms.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and handling rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Livia Kerr Fine Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final and non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was expected, please contact the artist within [7–14] days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue.

Approved exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs.

All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Livia Kerr Fine Art and are protected by copyright laws.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used in any form without prior written permission from the artist.

The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Commissions

Commissioned artwork is created collaboratively based on agreed concepts, sizes, materials, and timelines. Due to the custom nature of commissions, deposits and payments for commissioned work are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Livia Kerr Fine Art shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this website, purchased artwork, or shipping services.

Once artwork has been delivered or picked up, the buyer assumes responsibility for its safe handling, installation, and display. Livia Kerr Fine Art is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper handling, hanging, transportation, or installation of artwork. Professional installation is recommended for heavier or sculptural pieces.
